All the following items with quantity of 100 grams each shall be taken..
All the items are fried in a pan (veginnchali) and then to be grinded in flour mill. Take 2/3 spoons and boiled in hot water add required salt and take it as liquid drink. We can take this drink with sugar also. Further, this flour is also used for preparation of dosa.

Pittu rice black / brown rice 18. Oats. 19. Barley 20. Black gram (vuddipappu)

PREPARATION OF DOSA:
- Take 3 spoons of powder, mix sufficient water . Add 2 spoons of curd, add sufficient salt, 2 chopped green chillies into pieces, required onion pieces & sufficient small ginger bits.
- Put the pan on the stove. After heating add 2 spoons of oil and then pour sufficient powder mix to prepare dosa after 2-3 minutes it will be ready. You can eat with chutney as you like. This will be very delicious and healthy.
