BREAD PALAK VADA ( AIRFRYER RECIPE )
 Bread palak vada are crispy, healthy and easy to make South Indian snack recipe which is loved by everyone. Serves – 4

INGREDIENTS
Brown Bread  – 3-4 slices
Onions - 80 grams
Green chilli - 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Spinach - 118 grams ( Chopped )
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Mint - 1 tablespoon
Rice flour - 45 grams
Dry Mango Powder (Amchur Powder)  - 1/2 tsp
Water

PREPARATION: 
ü In a Blender add peeled Ginger pieces and chopped Green Chilli , grind them into coarse paste
ü In a mixing bowl take bread slices and cut into small pieces, smash them so that you can bread powder
ü Add chopped onions, 1 teaspoon green chilli and ginger paste, chopped spinach, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon mint, 2tablespoon rice flour, 10 cashews, water and mix well to combine.
ü Take some mixture on your hand and shape them into round shape.

ü Preheat the Air fryer at 360degree farh . Add all the vadas in the air fryer and heat it for 12min
Serve hot with Schezwan sauce
