GOBI 65 RECIPE | CAULIFLOWER 65 RECIPE

Gobi 65 or Cauliflower 65 is one of the top snack in South Indian with crisp florets of cauliflower tossed with tempered spices and aromatics. In most of the restaurants in South Indian gobi 65 best snack served. It is perfect for parties as it is very simple to prepare and tastes great.

Preparation time: 1Hour
Serves – 4

Ingredients :
15 gobi / cauliflower florets
3 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
salt to taste
½ tsp pepper crushed
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
¼ cup water add as required
¾ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
Curry leaves for Garnishing
oil for deep frying

Preparation of Gobi 65 recipe :
ü  Firstly, in a mixing bowl take corn flour, add ginger, garlic and salt, also add  pepper crushed , chilli powder, then add water and make a smooth batter.
ü  Then blanch the gobi florets with hot water for 3 min and coat with batter.
ü  Refridge it for 1 hour for good aroma  
ü  Take a Kadai and pour oil for deep frying.
ü  Add one by one the gobi florets and fry for 5 min till it turns light brown color.


ü  Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.
